Shipping-policy

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-3 business days across the UAE. Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders above AED 150. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.

Orders are processed daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier’s name, tracking number, and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status from your First Souq account under "My Orders."

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, we will notify you and cancel the order. Additionally, perishable items are not available for shipping outside Dubai due to potential spoilage during transit.

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. First Souq does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. If there are any additional charges upon delivery, they must be paid by the recipient.

If there are any issues with your delivery (such as delays, missing items, or damaged goods), please contact our customer service within 12 hours of receiving your order to address the issue promptly.

You can cancel or modify your order before it has been processed for shipping by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
