Device Eligibility
You can trade-in many different mobile devices, you can select your device from a drop-down list once you select the trade-in option, if your device was not in the drop-down list, then it’s not within the mix of the trade-in list at the moment. Your device should be eligible for trade-in physical examination after answering some simple questions and press submit. The physical examination will take place within 24-48 hours after you submit for the trade-in.
Once you select your device, you will answer some simple questions, which will directly provide you with the eligibility for the physical examination and an estimate of the value that will be accounted for your trade-in device/s.
Device Value and Credit
It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. Answer a few questions accurately, and once we examine the device at your location within the specified time frame and verify its condition, you’ll receive the amount of the estimated value.
Keep in mind that the condition of your trade-in device/s needs to match what you told us.
Yes, a rough estimate (min~max) of your device will be shown on the spot, but the trade-in credit you will get may differ from the estimated trade-in value you received online if the condition doesn’t match what you described.
Within 24 hours after the physical examination occurs. You’ll receive an email containing the gift voucher or coupon details.
Timing and Process
Generally, it takes 3 to 4 business days for your gift voucher or coupon to be generated.
Before you trade-in your device, you should first transfer information to another device, then, if applicable, remove your personal information from your old device.
You shouldn't manually delete your contacts, calendars, reminders, documents, photos, or any other iCloud or Drive information while you're signed in with your Apple ID or Google ID. This would delete your content from the servers and any of your devices signed in to iCloud or Drive.
You should transfer your information to another device, tablet, iPad, iPhone, smartphone or any other, back up your data and remove any SIM cards, memory cards, cases, and screen protectors, and turn off Find My device features.
As we will not be responsible for any losses (personal, security or accessories) after we receive the device from your side.

Change of Mind
You can cancel your trade-in via “My Orders” in the website or mobile app, or you can contact us.
You can simply keep your device if you changed your mind after the physical examination. However, examination fees will apply.
If you cancel your order that includes the trade-in devices, then, your trade-in will automatically be cancelled.
If the condition of your device is different from what you described, we’ll provide a revised value during the physical examination.
If the revised value is lower than the initial estimate, you can either accept or reject it. If you accept it, we’ll continue with the trade-in. If you reject it, we’ll cancel the trade-in. However, examination fees will apply if the cancellation was after the physical examination occurred.
If the revised value increases, we’ll automatically increase your trade-in gift voucher or coupon.
